At last! I found a yummy recipe for zucchini cookies, perfect for selling! When you try them you wont wanna share em’…trust me, I just ate half.
They will be even BETTER with our fresh homegrown zucchini’s (I had to use a few from the store).
You can buy these beaut’s every Saturday/Sunday morning at the Market! But, before you buy, you gotta try!!! Sandra or myself will have sample tastings…thats if I don’t eat them all. Until then, see you all soon with some asparagus (few more warm days are needed before the crop will be ready).
