Asparagus is now ready! I would have to say asparagus is my favourite veggie. There are so many ways to prepare.
A few nights ago we had asparagus wrapped with prosciutto, stuffed with goat cheese. Huge hit with the Farmer.
Most nights, however we just boil, butter, s & p and eat. Or put them in tin foil, butter, s & p….maybe some garlic.
No matter how you choose to prepare and eat it…our asparagus is DELICIOUS!
