It’s lunch time on the farm! I find myself even busier at lunch time but the kids need to eat. Time for a quick n’ easy lunch.
– Pitas of some sort
– cheese of choice
– tomato sauce
– asparagus, sliced
**Once more veggies are ready you can add more to the pizza.
– Spread sauce on pita
– grate cheese of choice
– slice asparagus on the pita
– Bake at 325 until cheese is melted.
Drizzle or dip using Garlic Scape Vinaigrette!
