In the past with our higher yielding corn crops we have had trouble with our 15″ row planter plugging with corn stalks when we are trying to plant soybeans the day the field will carry the machine. The soil is fit but the residue just has a little too much moisture to flow through the row units.

This video shows a simple planter attachment along with changing to 30″ row production that will give us a 4 to 5 day head start planting soybeans.
